April M. Zonnis has spent her entire legal career devoted to the practice of family law. April has demonstrated her ability as a family and divorce lawyer to informally resolve disputes whenever possible and regularly participates in alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and settlement conferences. Nonetheless, when a settlement is not possible, April is not afraid to litigate in order to preserve her client’s rights.
A Compassionate and Understanding Family Law and Divorce Attorney
April works with each client to determine the client’s goals based on their own unique circumstances and priorities. She provides her clients with a long-term perspective and likely outcome regarding the impact of their choices and decisions on the future of their familial relationships and financial well-being. Her direct and transparent communication style enables her clients to make informed and strategic decisions during the dissolution process and beyond.
April does not take a cookie-cutter approach, as each divorce and family law matter is unique. She and her clients work as a team to navigate the case and ensure a positive outcome. Always professional and compassionate, she treats each case in her care as a top priority and is consistently available to clients. She handles complex family law cases, such as high-conflict custody disputes, intricate financial matters, and other challenging aspects of divorce and post-judgment issues daily. April also devotes a significant portion of her practice to non-litigation matters, such as prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements, ensuring that each client’s interests and assets are protected as necessary.
